I just ordered my item online. How long before you ship it out? 

All items are custom orders and are individually produced, please allow 15 business days for them to ship.

I just left an event and did not purchase anything. Is there a place where I can buy these items in person or is online the only option?

Some items are event specific, but most are further offered online after the event finishes.

I just noticed some damage to the back of the Hoodie I purchased. Can I return it for one that isn't damaged?
